2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under limited circumstances and at our sole discretion:
- If a service has not yet been initiated after payment confirmation.
- If a written cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase and no work has commenced.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

- Once any part of the service has been initiated, executed, or delivered.

- Delays or performance issues resulting from client-side factors, including but not limited to lack of communication, delayed approvals, or incomplete information.
- Monthly retainers, subscription-based services, or ongoing campaigns once the billing cycle has started.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel recurring or ongoing services by providing a minimum of 7 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not entitle the client to a refund for the current or previous billing periods.
5. Revisions and Service Commitment
We are committed to maintaining high service standards. Reasonable revisions will be provided in accordance with the agreed scope of work. Clients are encouraged to communicate feedback promptly so that adjustments can be made effectively.
6. No Guarantee of Specific Results
WPSEO Marketer does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or conversion outcomes. While we apply industry best practices and proven strategies, digital marketing results are inherently variable and influenced by factors outside our direct control.
7. Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact us directly to resolve any billing or service-related concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or termination of services and potential legal action where applicable.
