2. Payment Policy
To ensure mutual clarity and commitment, our payment process is structured as follows:
- 50% Upfront Payment:
To begin the project, we kindly request 50% of the total project fee. This secures your project in our schedule and allows us to begin our work with full focus. - 50% Upon Completion:
The remaining 50% is due after we submit the completed work. Once the final payment is received, we will deliver all files or grant full access as agreed. - Payment Methods:
We accept payments via bank transfer, mobile payment services, PayPal, Wise, or any preferred method discussed in advance.
3. Honest Refund Policy
We strongly believe in honesty and fairness.
- If any mistake occurs on our part or yours unintentionally, we will offer a full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue — no questions asked.

Once the project is complete and full payment is received:

- With your permission, we may showcase a part of the project in our portfolio to demonstrate our work quality.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we always strive to achieve the best results, certain factors such as algorithm updates or third-party service changes are outside our control. We are not responsible for any indirect losses that may occur due to such external factors.
9. Ending a Project Early
We understand that needs can change. Either party may cancel the project at any time with prior notice. In such cases:
- We will deliver all work completed up to that point.
- Any eligible refund will process based on the situation and work already delivered.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh (or your operating region if different), and any disputes will be handled respectfully and fairly.
